You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are exclusive of taxes unless noted. One-time Editions are charged once; Team/Enterprise arrangements may be invoiced. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method. Early-Access pricing is locked while your license remains active.

Individual Editions include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at hello@captyse.com. Refunds revoke the associated license.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to breach security, probe or scan the infrastructure, interfere with other users, or use the Services to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Services, website content, trademarks, and the Software are owned by Captyse and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated. "Captyse" and the Captyse logo are trademarks of the Licensor.

MATLAB and Simulink are trademarks of The MathWorks, Inc.; Wolfram and Mathematica are trademarks of Wolfram Research, Inc. References to these products are for descriptive and comparative purposes only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Captyse disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
