Captyse is proprietary software. It is NOT open-source and NOT free software. No license, right, or permission — express or implied, by estoppel or otherwise — is granted to any person or entity to access, use, copy, compile, run, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the software, its source code, its assets, or any part thereof, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the copyright holder, except as expressly granted under a valid license.

Third-party hardware drivers (e.g. EuroSmart/Sysam SP5, SYSAM-V6, Campus; FTDI D2XX; National Instruments NI-DAQmx) are the property of their respective owners, are governed by their own separate licenses, and are NOT covered by this notice. Those drivers are never bundled with or redistributed by Captyse; they are loaded at runtime from the user's own installation. Certain third-party runtimes required for operation (e.g. Intel OpenMP) are redistributed with Captyse under their respective licenses.
